01Can I use the library for free?
Yes. Create a free account and use any resource marked Free. You can upgrade if you want access to the full Pro collection.
02Do I need a separate ChatGPT, Claude or other AI subscription?
Some resources work with free versions of supported tools. Others may require a separate paid account or specific capabilities. Check the requirements on each resource page. Third-party subscriptions are not included in your NOUSS membership.
03Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. You can turn off your Pro subscription’s renewal in Billing & Membership. You’ll keep your paid access through the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
04What does lifetime access mean for founding members?
It means you can access the NOUSS Pro library covered by your founding membership for as long as that library is offered. It does not automatically include separately priced future products, integrations or services.
05Can I get a refund on a founding membership?
Yes, if you request it within three calendar days of purchase. After that window, founding memberships are nonrefundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Read the Refund Policy for details.
06Is there a Premium plan?
