This Privacy Policy explains how Nouss Digital LLC, operating the NOUSS AI resource library (“NOUSS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, create an account, access resources, or purchase a membership. It also explains how you can contact us about your information.
1. Information we collect
Account information: When you register, we may collect your name, email address, sign-in information, account preferences, and other information you choose to provide.
Sign in with Google: If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us. We use them only to create and identify your account, and we do not request access to your Gmail, contacts, files, or any other Google data.
Membership and transaction information: If you purchase a membership, we collect or receive the information needed to confirm your plan, payment status, invoices, renewals, refunds, and billing support. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number; Stripe shares only details such as the card brand, last four digits, and payment status.
Resource and service activity: We may collect information about the resources you view, save, search for, or use so we can provide account features and improve the library.
Support and communications: We collect information you send when you contact support, submit feedback, request a resource, or subscribe to updates.
Technical information: Our hosting provider records standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
2. How we use information
We use information as reasonably necessary to:
- Create and manage accounts and memberships.
- Provide access to resources and saved items.
- Process subscriptions, payment confirmations, cancellations, and refunds.
- Respond to support requests and service messages.

3. AI tools and information you enter
We provide templates and instructions for use with third-party AI platforms. Details you type into a resource's customization fields stay in your browser and are not sent to us. If you copy a prompt or use a resource with another provider, the information you submit to that provider is subject to its terms and privacy practices, not this Policy alone.
Please avoid including confidential client information, private financial data, or sensitive personal information unless you are authorized to use it and have reviewed the third party's safeguards.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies or similar technologies to support core website functions, such as keeping you signed in. We may also use them to remember preferences and understand how the Service is used. Some technologies may be optional and require your consent depending on your location and our configuration.
We do not currently use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. If we add any, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent where required. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
5. Sharing information
We share information with service providers who help operate the Service, such as hosting, authentication, database, email delivery, customer support, and payment processing providers. Our current providers are Vercel (hosting), Supabase (sign-in and database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Google (if you choose Sign in with Google). We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect the security and rights of users, or as part of a lawful business transfer, subject to applicable legal requirements.
We do not grant service providers permission to use account information for unrelated purposes under our control. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
6. How long we keep information
We retain account and transaction information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain required records, handle disputes, protect the platform, and comply with legal obligations. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile, saved resources, and preferences within 30 days, keeping only records we are required to retain, such as payment and tax records.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No online system is completely secure. We encourage you to protect access to your email account and contact us if you notice suspicious activity.
8. Your choices and rights
You can update certain account details and preferences through your account. You may also contact us to ask about accessing, correcting, deleting, or receiving a copy of your personal information, or to make other privacy requests available under applicable law. Some requests may be subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions.
To manage marketing messages, use the unsubscribe link in the relevant email or update your preferences. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential account or transaction messages.

9. International processing
Our service providers may process information in different countries. If your personal information is transferred across borders, we will apply measures required by applicable law. Our providers are based in the United States and primarily process information there.
10. Children's privacy
The NOUSS AI resource library is intended for professional users and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly allow children below that age to create accounts. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact isaiah@nouss.digital.
